Don't Fear Curiosity to Know the Truth

Over and Over Since 1991

I started writing about nature’s genius back is 1991 in a California local newspaper. It was a column called “It Doesn’t Sound Like an Accident”. More than 30 years later, I’m now wondering how in the world most of education says evolution is science. This is not trivia for the world or the Christian.

Silly Jesus Didn’t Know About Evolution

If evolution is really true, the Bible is mostly false. If evolution is true, all of your bible heroes are naïve and wrong. How does that sit with you?

Millions of Christians are content saying they believe both evolution and the Bible. Some Christians absolutely believe evolution is true and try to force Genesis into a symbolic evolution but it doesn’t add up at all. Don’t ask me if I am “Young Earth”. Ask me if I really believe the Bible and then you will know my answer.

Jesus said the truth shall set you free, so no Christian should fear diligently learning if evolution is true. Seek the truth relentlessly.

I love science fiction about what could be, but I don’t like fictionalizing science as if it were real science.

Evidence outweighs opinion, majority opinion, expert opinion, and majority expert opinion.

Some Zingers for You to Remember

1. Nothing physical gets better with time, it deteriorates. Same for 1000 or 1 million years.

2. DNA does not promote mutations; it is the genetic police preventing mutations.

3. Anyone can prove a person intentionally designing something is easier that an accident designing something. There is not an experiment in the world showing explosions are genius designers greater than man could ever be.

4. Literally, every living thing in nature is so functionally sophisticated that mankind cannot measure how inferior he is to being able to duplicate it. “Duplicate” is the same as reverse engineering, like Samsung trying to copy what Apple invented. We cannot reproduce even photosynthesis.

5. Even with nature in front of us to copy, the engineering design so ridiculously above our mental ability we don’t know what questions to ask.

For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse. Romans 1:20 NIV (check your version and highlight)

I love the poetic power of the verse . . .  we SEE His invisible qualities . . .

Nature is a Form of Revelation

Although nature does not reveal a way to be forgiven and reconciled to God, everything He has made reveals something about Him, the One who loves us. Not only God’s great power, but His artistry, His management abilities, to create things so big as millions or billions of galaxies but also the electrons in atoms. When pain is too great, we go unconscious, which reveals mercy. Our quest for purpose and love, which reflects our Maker in us also. Enjoying the taste of food, laughter, cute babies and animals, intricate flowers and mountains and rolling hills --- I think of Psalm 16 :11 “… at your right hand are pleasures forevermore”.

Our Yearning Reflects our Maker

Our life offers so much opportunity for righteous pleasures, love, and joy; that we hunger to live forever. What a spiteful thing to create us, watch us yearn for love, and purpose only to promise to take it all away with certain death.

But then, God’s Word showed me that God hates death.

“The last enemy to be destroyed is death”. 1 Corinthians 15:26

While the world serves up joy and pain, our yearning is God’s yearning: life, love, laughter, no pain, no death. God’s Plan A did not include sin but His final plan includes life without sin or death. Yahoo!

Resurrection in Nature

I see resurrection in seeds that die before they germinate. I experience a type of resurrection every morning when I awake from blissful oblivion to a new day. And of course, the butterfly emerging from a “tomb,” the same creature but in a completely different form with new abilities.

Every Flower, Insect, Creature Smarter than Scientists

Evolution claims every creature has evolved from not only

1. strategizing new adaption ideas

2. inventing all the details of each new feature, but also

3. precisely designing every biological requirement for flawless operation (Umm, super smart for an amoeba or a lizard or a dinosaur). But wait, hold on:

4. THEN having the molecular knowledge to insert all of that into its own DNA so it will occur naturally in reproduction.

Of course, the best of humanity cannot begin to do anything like this. Still, the theory claims inferior creatures have done exactly that and give nature’s glory to creatures and chance. Now I’ jealous for God not getting credit.

25 Booklet Series Beginning in 2024

Well, you might imagine how much someone like me could go on and on with examples, reasoning, and explanations that a child can plainly see.

I plan to write a 25-booklet series, with each book about 50 pages. I hope to launch the first booklet in February 2024. I would like to recruit a launch team to be insiders giving me ongoing feedback for 5-6 weeks. I will revisit this in January and hope 30-40 people join with benefits to the team, including some of you, I hope.

Never Fear the Truth, Stay Curious

Just know, the truth will really set you free. Just don’t quit being curious when someone tells you the experts know evolution is true. Insist on what you can observe. The entire earth, including your body, is tangible evidence of God’s mind and power.

With God forgiving our sin, and if we sincerely want what is true, good and right, while loving God, there is no need to ever fear the truth.
