More Cells than Earth’s Population
There are almost 8 billion people on earth. We are certainly not living in perfect harmony. I must admit, those who lived through two world wars might say we have it good, comparatively.
Your body has 37 trillion cells. If it was 37 billion, it would be more than 4 times the population of the earth. But you have 37 trillion cells. This is more than 4600 times the population of earth. Look it up online, some higher, some lower but 37 trillion seems the most popular count.
Impossible, but Not Impossible
Each cell has your unique DNA mark on it. Imagine that! Inside every microscopic cell is a DNA strand packed in that is 6 feet long. Yes, you can easily look that up also, but it is actually squeezed tighter, inside the cell nucleus. I know this sounds like unbelievable science fiction, but this is real.
To think from one microscopic, fertilized egg, came all kinds of stem cells making every piece of your entire body. the sheer mass that explodes from something so tiny putting bone cells, muscle cells, eye cells, blood cells . . . is almost unbelievable. The same source also forming organs, placed exactly in the right locations. It is not a random big bang but rather an explosion of magnificent precision. Only one example of precision wonder is 250,000 brain neurons formed per minute, immediately employed and by birth your working brain already contains 100 billion neurons by birth (source: National Library of Medicine).
Trillions United as Your Servants
Not only do you have 37 trillion cells flawlessly connected to your brain, but they are not competing. Unlike earth’s 8 billion citizens, your cells are all cooperating and communicating with a common purpose: your well-being. Maintaining your life and your health are 37 trillion gifts God has given you that no man could imagine.
Pleasure Adds to Quality of Life
Your car or motorcycle will never enjoy fuel and much as you enjoy your fuel, and the earth is filled with so many foods for fuel.
You are given emotional reward for good choices, relationship, love. Things like serotonin, dopamine, endorphins, and oxytocin.
The Bible says in Psalms 16:11
"At His right hand are pleasures forevermore."
In Galatians 5:22-23 the fruit of the Spirit includes love, joy, and peace. This shows me God's intention is for me to experience these things regularly, as a lifestyle. But look, God built into your body, the means to experience far more than a robot-type life.
Protection and Biological Guidance
You have 37 trillion “citizens” whose existence and creation is to serve your life and your chosen agenda, exclusively.
Fear, anxiety, a guilty conscience; such things trigger cortisol, the stress hormone. Another warning urging you to change your direction, your choices, your thoughts. Would someone else make better choices and be a better king of your 37 trillion subjects?
Then there is so much protection, detoxing, and more. If there is injury, it is not the end. There is healing from disease, from wounds, and often even scars vanish.
Are You a Good King?
No king has ever had a kingdom of 37 trillion, but you do. Are you a good king? Do you bless your subjects better than another person with their own 37 trillion subjects? Even though God made us and the cells, your rule is their existence.
Your body is a wonderful gift, too wonderful for the greatest scientists to ever discover all its secrets. However, your body is just a temporary loan.
All Exceeding Man’s Ability
Like all of nature’s glory, your body is a testimony of God’s great superiority; His power, His genius, His foresight, and His love.
I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. Psalm 139:14

I completely agree with everything you have shared in your article. Our bodies truly are a miraculous creation and a gift from God. I am amazed at the precision and complexity of our 37 trillion cells, each working together for our well-being. It is humbling to think of the responsibility we have as the kings of our own bodies, ensuring they are cared for and nurtured in the best way possible.
I will strive to be a good king to my 37 trillion subjects, making choices that honor God and promote health and well-being. I will remember that my body is a temporary loan from God and treat it with the respect and care it deserves.
